There are none except from Vanilla ammuntion such as SMG magazines.
I am using Neurotrauma and the Patch for it.
The load order for them is like this:

Cybernetics
Neurotrauma Armaments Patch

It depends on what modifications are currently enabled on your campaign, but I would suggest that you do not enable it mid-campaign, especially for multiplayer.
The same applies to this question.
Of course, this is up to the developer of EhA, but I would believe that he does not find it necessary as this is more of a tactical mod.
