Can't figure out how to do something, or where something spawns? Ask here!
Figured with all the questions people ask, it'd be good to have a place for it so it's easy for people to skim through to find the answers they're looking for, and also just to share wisdom about the mod pack that isn't listed in the description. (Such as recipe requirements.)

I'll go first, I wanted to eat an animal and learned you need a special knife called a "slapper" knife, and in order to make "bad" meat into something more edible, you need a wooden mallet, and volume 4 of the Le Gourmet magazine series to learn how to do it. As for where to acquire both, I got a slapper from a kitchen, and well... spawned in the mallet, because I'm testing out the mod pack, lol. I would assume it's carpentry related, maybe a magazine, or maybe it too spawns in kitchens. I'll report back when I know!

You gotta saw them 1 at a time instead of saw all. For some reason that doesn't work. At least not for me. Also I think the logs has to be in main inventory for it to work. Don't quote me on that one :)
Yea i even had them IN ALL MY INVENTORIES, tried both one by one, didn't work, didn't even displayed an error ._.

AFAIK not craftable but repairable.

The modname(s) are listed on the modpage, you just pick the ones you want to activate on your server.

I cannot figure out how to hunt. I have binoculars and when I try to use them on a forest no matter where I go it is always red and wont do anything.

For small game you need binoculars + slingshot + small stones.

I'd suggest you also try vanilla rifle (MSR700/788) with a scope and bullets on main inventory for big game hunting. Careful with zeds tho!

You need both the accesory and weapon on your main inventory along with a screwdriver

Hi, even tho I have a hammer equipped and read the "Fuel tanks" magazine, Im still unable to see the "extended building" menu when right clicking, any ideas?
