Hey long time no see, big fan of the mod concept, but it isn't working for me for some reason. I was fiddling around with making my own spriteTypes, and couldn't get it to work in my mod (Sensible Portraits Revamp). I was unsure what was wrong, so I switched from my mod to yours to see if yours was working, and for some reason, it isn't working. Ignacy was even his default, old portrait. No idea why this would be.

Disturbing: I deleted the local version of my mod folder, so the one I am using is the Steam Workshop one and I get the modded portraits on the new game menu.

But for Ignacy, I I think I can fix it by renaming my gfx file to something that comes after "nsb_portraits.gfx" in the alphabet.

Tried it again after removing all of my local mods, still isn't working. Will mess around with it more tomorrow.

OK, I have changed the encoding of my gfx file to UTF-8 without BOM and renamed it "zzz_leaders_large_portraits.gfx"
It now works again on my computer.

Awesome, that fixed it! Once 1.11.5 releases properly, I'll probably look to updating my mod to use this system, thanks for discovering it.

Hinrich Lohse and Earle Page's portraits are blank. A quick fix is going to be released tomorrow.
