Using any keep item in inventory feature like vanillas keep medicine or mods such as simple sidearms or yayo combat ammo don't work when a outpost is raided. when a raid happens all the pawns in the outpost puts all there inventory into the outpost items. they do remember what they have if you pack up and go home those items will be in correct inventory but not having access to those items during the raid causing a lot of problems when the mods make them needed like ammo. i tested this with framework and outpost and with and without those mods same results. i have had to turn off outpost raids and set production amount to 50% has a balance till this changes.
