If you uncheck Sherman Hill in editor and save you will most definately lose all the track and 40% of all assets! So go back into editor for this route and find sherman hill and check the check box! Option 2 if thats to demanding or annoying delete the route and re download. Read below:

To resolve, simply delete the contents of the Route Folder and restart Train Simulator or even better, restart you computer. When you logon to steam again, a new copy of the route will download.

Do we have to have sherman hill? Because I don't have it. I also don't know how to "check" the "checkbox" in editor mode. @Minerman146

Yes, you must have Sherman - thats the track and signals for the route.
