The Reforms
How does the reforms work? Which conditions I have to fulfil to trigger the polybian/marian and the augustan reforms?

Read https://europabarbarorum.fandom.com/wiki/Faction_Reforms
Some info wrong for example, fight 400 battles, which is not needed. Does not tell everything, for example Saka Rauka needs a specific government type for new barracks and Carthage needs a specific government type for regional Level 5 barracks.

Hello, I would like to ask, do the roman marian and imperial reforms work the same way as EB1.2, or have they been simplified in the current version of this remaster port?

Those reform triggers should be same as in EB 1.2, in script nothing is simplified, still some differences are that in imperial case general bodyguards are upgraded, and for player costing money selection comes whether or not to upgrade units to marian or imperial (from polybian or marian), which upgraded units results can be buggy currently.
