I am currently playing as the Redstone Mountain in the Eastern part of Overworld and I have been trying to flip to nationalism but it just never gives me any decision or anything to do so. I have like 70% support for nationalism but I am still unaligned and I just cant flip. Also I wanted to try to use console commands to flip but for some reason I can never find the option to enable console, so am I just fcked?
