The Southern Player Empire vs Golden Horde

I am playing as the Southern Player Empire, will the Golden Horde ever attempt to capture the portals to go into the overworld? If so, when will it happen? I am currently in the year 685 with no world tensions.

Hades Horde should be the nation to strike you, 685 is way past when they should attack. War should occur around 651
