This is easy.I'm not good in hoi4 but third time and I won as Fallen Kingdom by sending some divisions to control the capital and next victory point's of Undead Lands while show medium size hole in front.

I'd suggest not going on the offensive. Allow your units to reorganize, it's okay to lose some ground in the beginning. Once the army is fully organized, begin attempting to encircle Undead divisions. Also make sure to go down the Planning Office focus tree, and to not activate the Sins of the Cohorts focus until after you win the war for an easier time. Undead supply is terrible, so as long as you keep pushing them back, and working on your own military, the final stretch will be an easy victory.

Easy, make a Frontline with a field marshal and both Generals. Wait for org and for organization. After that, battle plan but also, Micro. Do not go aggressive! Go balanced and use cp to boost your attack. You will "fail" your first offensive but just push the capital and use the lake to split the the undead army and encircle it to finish it off. After that, build railroads if you are undersupplied. After you feel like your well supplied, push for the capital and that one port and they'll lose. Form the eastern kingdom to core on all of that territory. One flaw with this is that uh, that like 300k man power you'll start with will probably be halfed as it was with me. That's including the garrisons but I didn't use extensive conscription so yeah. To stay alive by the way, do not side with who ever hades hoard is attacking because hades will almost certainly win since your man power will be ass for a long time. Basically, becareful with the wars.

Yikes, quite the essay. Also, just treat the prison break like a naval invasion. Cut them off from the port and exterminate them. That means you keep like the castle guards and troops around the capital there. If they take the capital, that's a big fat gg

Oh, and build forts around the portals incase the piggies target you. It's because they'll prolly take the whole Nether and gain core over it. After that, they are basically the strongest faction through their numbers alone.

What I've done to win is put them on offencive orders and push and rush down to the offencive focus to gain the bonuses and then push for their vps

I'm trying to not have the offensive fail cause it keeps locking me out of content. I don't wanna do the Red Revolution but nothing I do seems to change anything

Yeah, uh, you'd have to be godly at hoi 4 in order to handle that stuff that quick man. That or lucky/ Made we could try a small navel invasion

While a good idea, the naval invasion wouldn't work, would kill off too many of the limited manpower we have to play with.

That's why I normally go about it piece meal, striking and encircling what I can and killing them off before reforming the lines and doing it all over again.
