Bug Reports 0.9
Please post your bug reports here or on our Discord server under the channel #new_dawn_bugs. The link to the server is on the mod page.

We'd prefer it if you posted on the Discord server so we can properly keep track of bugs. Having a bug report thing here is just a formality.

Keep in mind the following when reporting bugs:

1) 99% of all mods will not work with New Dawn. Before reporting a bug, see if it happens without any other mods installed except for New Dawn.

2) Do not subscribe to "Elra's Star Wars Mods" and expect New Dawn to work. Its simply just a showcase of Elratie's mods/ones he's collaborated on.

3) Do not subscribe to everything in "New Dawn Submods." You do not need to have the IBU patch unless you're using Immersive Beautiful Universe.

4) Load order is important. New Dawn always needs to be on the top of the list.

I got an event "Additional Starfighters" while playing as Dantari.

The event asked me to pay electronics and ammunition, but it wouldn't let me because it required my electronics and ammunition stockpiles to be "equal to" 100.00.

Since I had more than 100 of each, I "couldn't afford" it. The requirement should be, of course, that you have "equal to or greater than" 100.00 of each.

We have that fixed on the dev build. It will be in our next patch.

After starting the game, when time passes, empty messages constantly appear. What to do?

Good day, when exploring the left side of the galaxy I can't seem to be able to build any starbases and claim systems. The option to build a starbase does not come up. I've checked and it is possible to claim systems on the right side however.

Is this a bug or is it a feature to limit empire spread through claming?

The "Looted Lightsaber" specimen, collected with the "Seizure of Jedi Assets" event for the Galactic Empire, has a blank image on the archive screen, and after clicking on it with the right mouse button to sell it, instead of the normal "Agree/Decline" screen I got a black rectangle without any buttons or images. The tooltip explaining the lightsaber still shows when I hover over it with the mouse pointer. Fortunately this small black screen can be closed by pressing "Esc" on the keyboard.

Not a bug. You'll need to have a tech to colonize the Unknown Regions.

Hello, I have a bug when I start the game and turn on the time. Empty windows appear without text. They pause the game. and even if you remove them, they appear again when you turn on the time.
I play on 3.14 only with new dawn. All additional mods are included.

I did everything as you said. didn't help me.

I figured it out, it's about star wars weapon mods

I know people have already made a comment about this in the main forum, but i don't see it on the discord. So Ill add it here. my game works perfectly fine all the way up until the Galactic Civil War, the prompt in-game that pops up asks "Do you want to start this event" in green and red color boxes. once i click either of them the game immediately crashes. Again, I know this is being worked on, just adding it here.
