I had this too, it is because the game still loads the original mod. Make sure to double-check in the list of enabled mod (under the savegame options where you enable mods).

The original "VCZ Multifloor Elevator" mod is likely still there. Just disable it (move from right list to left) and make sure the 1.199 fix version is at the bottom (it should already be).

Also like to add for each floor you have you need to cycle the "Door Timer". It worked after that!
