HV Role Mid-Late game (less CPU than SV?)
I think the HV role mid-late game should be reconsidered for balance.
9 Core HV only has 51k CPU, while 9 core SV has 60k?
HV can have Arty and Missile turrets where SV cannot, but it seems there's a missed opportunity to make a beefy tank. Considering they cannot fly between moons/planets.

I imagine the trade-off for needing a dropship would help HV tanks fit a better role for clearing POI. Pound for Pound (CPU) I think it should have more firepower and shielding than an SV

Thoughts? Am I missing something?

Only thing I'd say is missing is that an HV can generally carry a boatload of armor at no additional cost to its CPU, and still be fairly mobile on hovers, though armor is almost always less desirable than shields anyways, so it's debatable how much of an advantage this actually is.

The nice things about the hv tank though is you can use terrain to your advantage and you might only have a few turrets firing at you. Meaning that depending on the poi you probably only need to gut a few turrets in order to breach the poi and fight your way to the core.
