Unable to load a save game, start a new game, or get a popup asking you to delete a save game
Loud sound constantly plays in coop or some sounds are too loud
Multiplayer: Some block models are white cubes, missing projectile effects
Some blocks such as constructors and armor lockers have huge collision area
Server: Game does not start after updating scenario
Server: Some blocks randomly turn into other blocks or blocks disappear off structures
Fuel is drained after logging into the game
Using the di command and looking at a structure can cause a continue or quit error loop
Custom sound effects in the scenario are too loud, such as radio chatter or explosions
Planets and moons do not use the new decoration system
Ships become frozen in place when flying on some planets, POIs on some planets do not appear, or some planets cannot be loaded into on dedicated servers
NPCs and sentry guns do too much damage to players
Solar Panels for capital vessels do not work
Weapons do not show on ship toolbar
Some POIs do not show up on the detector or show up at low ranges
Sometimes get an inventory full message when mining custom ores
Cannot find Tungsten Ore in Tungsten Ore Deposits
Some ore deposits use a default gray texture
AI turns off, NPCs don't move, turrets don't shoot
POIs, asteroids, and ore deposits do not respawn
Faction POIs and patrol vessels missing from playfields
Stuck on a mission or cannot start a mission
Missions reset after pda readdata command or scenario update on server/cannot complete class missions/some missions do not progress
For custom sounds being too loud: Adjust your volume settings in-game. Effects should be kept at 100% as they do not control custom sounds added in the scenario. If you put effects volume lower than 100%, sound effects added in the scenario will be louder than intended in comparison to other game sounds.
Delete the cache for the save game on the server. Clients may need to also delete their cache for the server's save game under their saves folder. This may delete any blueprints in the factory. Clients will then re-download the asset bundles from the server when they reconnect.
Re-upload files to the server if playing on a server and make sure the FTP client's transfer mode is set to binary.
A new save game may be necessary with how old of a version was being used.
These issues cannot be solved within the scenario and should not be reported here.
Additionally some patrol vessels may have additional mechanics in the scenario to increase their difficulty:

This limit is shared among all devices that show up on the ship toolbar, including drills and detectors.
The first one of any specific weapon does not count towards the limit.
Remove manual weapons until they all start showing up again.
Weapons must be facing forward to show up and operate. Make sure all your weapons are facing the front of your ship.
For the MX-4 Rapid Torpedo Launcher make sure the arrows on top of the launcher are facing towards the front of your ship.
Will sometimes happen when mining dense or rich ice, rich asteroids, and tungsten, magmacite, and silver or any other custom ore types.
Note: Your drills, constructors, or other devices or players will be unable to deposit items into the container while any player is viewing that container. Checking your cargo boxes frequently while mining may cause you to actually lose out on ore.
If you are connected to a container using logistics, the reward will be placed in your connected container.
If the connected container was unavailable, such as having no empty space or already being viewed by a player you may lose the rewards.
Before completing or turning in any mission make sure you have plenty of free inventory slots and volume either in your personal inventory or any container you are connected to.
Until this is fixed with RE2 it is recommended to keep the difficulty on easy.
Also your damage reduction is reduced by how damaged your armor is.

If you encounter an issue where you need to speak to a console that says you cannot speak to a console in player controlled structures, you can either regenerate the POI or travel to a different planet that also has the same missions and resume the mission there.
This happens if you removed the core in the mission POI.
In RE2 many of these missions will be rewritten to avoid breaking.
Please feel free to report those issues here, but it may not be fixable yet.
Some missions have certain requirements before they can be started, such as The Forge mission that requires you to complete the Project Eden Prologue Make Contact with Terran Forces AND have 3 million credits in your bank account.
Missions require mission items to be in your personal inventory, or your personal toolbar if stated as such.
