Bug report section
Post bugs you've encountered here

I'll update to show when a bug is either confirmed, fixed or is actually a mod feature

Try to be specific on the bug

-Is it an item/affliction/mod mechanic?

-What are the effects?

-How to reproduce it?

-Running any patches?

-If its a reactor, which one?

-Using any mod that could interfere or override mine?

I use the Barotraumatic Overhaul mod, along with all of its addons, but as far as i'm aware, nothing in that pack should affect the reactor. I do use the EK mods, like armory, dock, etc. All official packs made by the original creator. But as far as I understood those mods shouldnt effect ships not using the packs resources, but i'm not 100% on that. Besides those, I have visual variety pack but there's already a compatibility patch for that...
Perhaps it's an issue with the order the mods are in? I tried to follow your instructions for each mod and compatibility description..but I wouldn't understand why this became an issue suddenly and recently. I've been using this mod order for a while, and never had a problem beforehand.

Try deleting the mod entirely from your computer and redownload it

tried deleting this mod, the two compatibility patches mentioned before, and validating the game, which surprisingly found some missing files that were reacquired, but unfortunately....the problem is still persisting. Cannot find reactor.png
I decided to look into the issue myself and I found a fix! The mod was looking for the reactor.png file along with the light and variants png's in a path that didnt exist in the mod folder, that being Content/Items/Reactor. The Content folder didn't exist when I looked into the mod folder, so I just made them, and dragged the 3 png files into said subfolder and bingo! Everything is working fine. I went ahead and took a look at the code that made up the mod and there were a handful of things that relied on stuff being in 'Content' and various subfolders within it, (ex. a folder called Content/Items/Weapons which is non-existent, and I can't locate the sound files that live here such as ExplosionLarge2.ogg) so I wanted to let you know that may eventually be an issue if not already. But I'm not having any other errors in my console right now so I'm not gonna mess with it. Thanks so much for following up with me though for these couple weeks, love the mod! Have a good one.

Actually has this issue of yours started before or after the modding refractory update?

Started on May 17th, I only looked inside the main hazardous reactors mod. 2655920928. when I opened up the file It just contained a handful of .xml files and 3 .png files (reactor.png, reactor_leak_lights.png, and reactor_variant_01.png). The console error that appeared in the ingame console when I was missing the texture, said it was looking for it in 'Content/Items/Reactor/reactor.png' The content folder did not exist within the mod file, this was the main issue. When I opened up "reactorpatch.xml" to look at the direct coding out of curiosity, i noticed that there are many things in here relying on different subfolders within the non-existant Content folder such as 'Items/Reactor' which I made to fix my problem, 'UI', 'Weapons' and some other .ogg files that were supposed to be in /Reactor that I was unable to locate, like the line: <Sound volume="1.0" range="8000" file="%ModDir:Hazardous Reactors%/Content/Items/Reactor/reactoremppulse.ogg" dontmuffle="true"/>
But even though I'm seeing all these items in the code leading to areas that don't exist in my files, i'm not getting anymore errors, and sense I litterally don't possess these files, like the missing .ogg files, I physically can't fix these issues on my end unlike the reactor.png files that were simply just living in the wrong area.

From the file you mention and the directory number thats the adv med/neurotrauma patch, the main mod got multiple subfolders

If there is no %ModDir%, it means i ask the game to fetch files from the base game directory directly, which it still does on my side (albeit sometime it fail hence the occasionaly copy pasted files in there )

If you don't have those .ogg file that could be your issue, its a patch not a standalone mod version

Due to an issue after the moding refractory update (and i think its still an ongoing issue) I had to remove the dependencies from the workshop and write on the description which one are needed as it would otherwise fail to load it and remove the mod from the active list even if you had them installed and loaded correctly

So you may have been running a patch without the mod its supposed to patch : the actual hazardous reactor mod

"depletedfuel" doesn't have deconstructor recipe in jobgear.xml. Due to that "Expanded Research" talent can't be utilized with this mod
