Battles Running in the Single Fps

Ive tried turning down graphics settings. Im using no other mods. I have no problem running base game modded in ultra. What is going on

Probably a lot of custom textures that need to be loaded in.

Just turn off the usual culprits from ultra to high (shadows, ..) for some more fps.
