Should I delete Odeon (Ptolemaic building)? I`m playing Rome

Hi guys. I captured a Ptolemaic city and it`s got every building with an enemy culture debuff.

I was wondering if there are any benefits of keeping Odeon, because it says it only gives me a negative -8% of Tax income bonus....

Or maybe i miss something and there are actually some use of it?
