Mercenary
Hi. Question. When You look at custom battles some of the factions have merceneries in their roster. How does it work - can you recruit these mercenary at some point in a city or via a generel only?

You can recruit mercs using the general. In some cases, the units might be available for recruitment in the city, it depends.
