Achaean reforms not triggering
A few days ago I started a new campaign as the Achaean league. I fulfilled the requirements for the first reform (fight 25 battles) a few turns ago, but the new units still aren’t available. Do siege battles not count? Did something change in a recent update that’s not reflected in the recruitment building description?
