Culture/Religion
Hello, first I must say that I really enjoy this mod, despite how difficult it is in the beginning. Can someone please explain how the culture/religion system works? I mean I understand that I need to build colonies to counter the native culture if it isn't mine, but sometimes it gets...puzzling.

For example, in my Roman campaign, I took Atria (in northern Italy), and it's native culture is Italic. The Insubres had taken it before me and built a level 1 Celtic colony. However, despite razing all of the Celtic buildings and building my own temples, the culture tooltip tells me that Celtic is the official religion ''set by temple/shrine'', giving an annoying -15% Public Order because ''Governor and Faction leader's religion differs from settlement's official religion''.

Same thing about the Native Greek cities in Southern Italy. There isn't a single Greek building left standing in Neapolis for example, it's a Huge City with the maximum level colony, and yet there's still 19% Greek culture and it is set as the official religion, causing public order issues. It feels like it will never get better because the Native Greek building gives a whopping 40% religious conversion. I know Greek is the native culture, but that seems a bit strange, I thought eventually I'd get a way to remove the original native culture in one way or another.

Is it normal or am I missing/not understanding something?

i think its set by that flag that you cant demolish and you cant change it either at all because you get more and more conversion if you try to do it. i dont like it cause after holding a town a hundred years or smth i want it to change to my culture.

Would be nice if we could debuild this Buildings in x turns. E.g. from 5 to 4, then from 4 to 3....
