Elite Tax Building?
Anyone see the Elite Tax Building? I'm playing as the Seleucids and as far as a building goes to help early game, this building absolutely takes first pick above all else besides roleplaying reasons. I am making a whopping 40k a turn with these buildings and I'm barely into my 50th turn. No happiness, growth, or stability penalty, it's like a money printing machine. Is it suppose to be used?

It's essentially a buff building to give yourself if you want an easier game, use them if you feel like you want an easier game otherwise don't use them unless you've got other reasons like rp.
