Crashes upon starting campaign

I have unit variation checked and it is still crashing when starting a new campaign. Any help?

I am having the same issue as well @Developers. I cannot start a new campaign even for the first time as it results in a CTD. I have read through the FAQs and all my settings are correct. I have also reached out on the discord but no one has helped me. Please help if possible.
