Compared to The original Roma Surrectium II/III
How does this stack up, is it worth getting the remaster just for this mod? I still love the original RS and I still consider it one of the best total war mods/outright best way to play a total war game ever imo (as long as you can install it right and not get constant crashes, which sadly is common)

How close is this one to being as fully fleshed out as the original mod?

Very far away. We are a small team, but if you have a good PC, an SSD (preferably NVMe), and money, 0.6 is definitely worth the RR purchase (imo) :)

Thanks for the reply, I do have a decent PC (rtx 2070, ryzen 7 2600x, 32 gb ddr4 and the NVMe) so I could probably run it quite nicely now that we arent limited to just 1 core (like on the original title) or at least I'd presume they had made the game multicore hopefully.

Anyways, how close are you guys to getting the mod back up to the original Roma Surrectium mod content wise? I'm sure the quality has undoubtedly improved, but if my favorite factions arent implemented I might just hold off until this mod reaches 1.0 or comparable status to the original. Otherwise, I'll just play the original in the meantime.

Also thanks in general for developing these mods, they have provided me with countless hours of fun & entertainment, and taught me a few things from their unit/building descriptions, I grew up loving them and will continue to do so until I'm gone from this mortal coil.

@Lukecis Currently i think the mod has 49 playable factions and it's been a while since i played RSIII but which factions are missing 🤔 as far as i can see they're all in.
