ofcourse they are, and you find them in the instalation on your hdd

I found only the desc_files of the original game

I know this is rather old, but if you haven't found them yet, they're in steamapps\workshop\content\[your Steam ID]\2487698001\data
make sure to look in the steamapps folder of the location where you installed the game in case you have it in a different location than your steam installation
