UPDATE 0.2 (08/15/2021 12:43PM EST) - Naval Combat
New update is a complete overhaul of naval combat. The Techno Union also received a brand new focus tree. Several balancing issues have been worked out, and many quality of life fixes have been made. Full change log is available under the change notes tab.

Previous versions have been published by other people on ModDB and other sites. I'd check there.
