This. Or alternatively, have the jedi have little to no focus tree, but instead they will have lots of events that come about from the completion of focuses and events by others around the galaxy. The jedi can choose to be hyper aggressive, hyper ignorant, or just average. I would consider hyper ignorant to be the canon solution. Hyper aggressive could lead to a Jedi schism/civil war which would be cool as you could have some Jedi like Pong Krell escape to say Korriban to start a new sith order to rival palpatine, or have other Jedi leave the order to join Dooku and his idealists to either join him and sidious or to undermine Sidious' plot and turn the CIS into a sort of neutral player in the galaxy that just wants to fight for a political goal and not a Jedi/Sith goal. If Jedi went average/in-between you could still have Palpatine's plot unfold but maybe more Jedi survive the purge or the Empire has less inquisitors or something - idk. This mod is so good already I can't wait to see what happens next with it!

Agreed, hopefully after they finish the focuses and fix all the bugs. We can have some events that sort of bounce of each other and affect the galaxy's canon since they can get really creative and go in the route of Kaiserreich to have events bounce of each other.

Hopefully we can look forward to submods to see places like Korriban to be interesting to play as too!

They actually do become independent during Order 66.
