how to increase a legendary drop rate?

Can I increase the chance rate of legendary saddles/items dropping with any configuration?

Nope their drop rate is fixed

Saddles = 1 to 10 of the unique saddle drop of a wild Dino kill
All other legendarys = 1 to 50 of the respective unique drop
