Tacks disappear after save / relaunch.

Tacks disappear when playing multiplayer

Happens only when playing multiplayer, i select tacks > it shows yields - during clicking on next turn all yields disappear and only tacks stay. When playing single player i am not having this problem. (During multiplayer - a host does not have this problem). Any solutions ?
