I have no Bshift.bat file when installed?

I recently decided to reinstall Blue Shift after the Caretaker update came out. I checked the 2424633574 folder to find that theres no bshift.bat file. Am i missing something here? Or did i install the mod incorrectly?

your antivirus may delete this file. Kaspersky, for example, deletes it.

Is there any way to recover the bshift file? Reinstalling Blue Shift didnt work at all
