what a good mod
memory,address&texture
f**k the focus point
have you tested?????????????????????
take it slow dev, no need to rush it.
(is there any ETA for that? just curious so i know what to expect, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, or whenever v1.0 ready)
other than that and some sections dragging on a bit too long it's borderline perfect and fixes a lot of problems i personally had with vanilla black mesa's xen
2. This would also happen in other physics engines... and the reality if you would drag such a long cable like that (We still thinking about a way to improve ergonomics for this prop tho)
3. Why are you taking the long way back to the generator instead of dragging it through that double door that was right next to its initial location?

Ждём 2026 год,вернее конец 2026- начало 2027; В заключении : ЭТО предположение если что...
Well guess I'll just uninstall and install back the game after the addon update is out. Whoever is going to awake me remember to bring a shovel as my heart and my soulless body sink to the abyss.
• Rail-station gate – requires using the rocket turret, but radio only warns about incoming HECU; nothing happens if you just wait.
• Xen factory pile-driver climb – crouch-jump triggers a slide, so the tiny platforms make the vertical parkour unforgiving.
• Final Xen grenade dunk – the two targets sit so far apart you need a near-perfect throw.
Even so, it recaptured the magic of my first Half-Life playthrough. Huge recommendation.
Tip: run it at 2K internal resolution (even on 1080p) and max the graphics—the visual boost is dramatic. Bind a HUD toggle (bind o "toggle cl_drawhud 0 1") or drop it in autoexec.cfg so you don’t retype it every session.
I think this is a generally good mod, but have some major problems.
1. The Source 2 engine is very outdated in physics, so many physics related gameplay mechanics just don't play well by 2025 standard. Ladders for example.
2. Some level design and puzzle design are very confusing and slow the general gameplay pace. Some puzzles took me very long time to figure out without watching any instructions.
3. Many balance issues. Some combat are extremely tough even in easy mode, and ammo are very few. Too many mindless combat and too few ammo.
Thanks for the hard work. But I don't like this mod. Black Mesa itself is much more well designed.
