Next is Egypt, which is in need of flavor units based off of the armies of the Ayyubid dynasty and the Mamluk sultanate (Medieval and Renaissance eras).

The Malays will have units from the Ancient to Renaissance eras, particularly the Majapahit Empire. Be aware that Indonesia is not available in AWAW; they are available from Cold War era onwards in WAW.
Overall, Bakuel has yet to convert the unit models that had from Civ IV for use in Civ V but, unfortunately, it seems he is no longer active in CivFanatics and the modding scene anymore.
Regarding Portugal, there'll be unique flavor units that comprised the entirely of the Kingdom of Portugal which is ruled by the House of Braganza from 1139 until their overthrow in the October 5, 1910 revolution (from Medieval to Industrial eras).
Spain will have unique flavor units which corresponds to the Visgoths (Classical era), the Crown of Castile and Habsburg Spain (Medieval and Renaissance eras), and Bourbon Spain (from Enlightenment era to present day (Spain is covered by WAW from Industrial to Information eras)).
Coming up also for AWAW - Unique Units are the civilizations in East Asia, particularly China, Korea, and Vietnam (via Lungora's Dai Viet under Tran Thanh Tong and DuskJockey's Dai Viet (Le Loi)); and Japan, which will be on the next post.
Due to its rich military history, China will have unique flavor units that corresponds to the Xia to Zhou periods (Ancient era) and the Imperial period of Chinese history spanning from Qin to Qing dynasties (Classical to Enlightenment era; China is covered by WAW for the rest of the Imperial history (Industrial era) which lasted until their overthrow in the 1911 Xinhai Revolution). There'll be scenarios concerning China which deals with Qin unification of China, the Chu-Han Contention, the Three Kingdoms period (includes Lady Trieu's Vietnam (as seen in Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV) and Korea's Goguryeo), Kublai Khan's unification of China, the Yuan invasion of Japan, Red Turban Rebellion, Le Loi's War of Independence for Vietnam (Lam So'n Uprising), and the Ten Great Campaigns of the Qianlong Emperor.
Korea will have unique flavor units which correspond to the Gojoseon to Unified Silla periods (Ancient to Classical), and the Dynastic period (from Goryeo to Joseon) (Medieval to Enlightenment eras). Korea is covered by WAW from Industrial era onwards. There'll be a scenario concerning it that deals with Silla unification of Korea, Toyotomi Hideyoshi's invasion of Korea and China, and the Qing invasion of Korea (1636-1637).
Vietnam will have unique flavor units (scenario exclusive) from the Ancient to Enlightenment eras. They will be covered in WAW as well via C15's Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh.
Post like this help, though.
What helps most is if you have a unit you want added, then to find me an analogue somewhere in the workshop.
Saying, "I'd like to add a unit called 'x' that looks like the 'y' unit in the mod 'z'." is a great way to get this done quickly.

Aligning any suggestion UU's for the new mod with the units listed here will be a great help.
Also, any recommendations on promotions would be helpful as well.
@S-Man
I have found what we have looked for so far. Those unit skins might be suspected to be from Civ IV. They may be found in CivFanatics forum.
Bakuel, Zerver and other unit model converters are supposed to convert those unit models that can be used for Civ V. But sadly, all of them are all no longer active in CivFanatics anymore. Nutzzz is no longer active as well.

But before that, I have just read the brief history about the Turkish Armed Forces. According to that, the first orderly and disciplined formation of the Turkish Army dates back to 209 BC, during the Great Xiongnu Empire; the greatest units in this organization were the divisions made up of 10.000 soldiers, divisions were further divided into smaller units composed of a thousand, hundred, and ten soldiers; this organization continued to exist throughout the history in the Turkish states with small changes.
Here are the units for Turkey, particularly from the Ancient to Classical eras.

In the Medieval era, the Seljuk tribe started migrating from the ancestral lands in Central Asia, setting foot in Persia, defeated the Ghaznavids and established the Great Seljuk Sultanate. They later set foot into Anatolia where they defeated the Byzantines in Manzikert, laying the foundation of the country, which may be known as Turkey. The Seljuks will be later overthrown by Ala al-Din Tekish of the Khwarezmian Empire, whom it became the last Turco-Persian Empire. The Khwarezmids lasted until they were defeated by the Mongols in 1221.
