That's a good idea, and it seemed to work once. I made Axis the GM and Allies the other player, and as the GM I could enter information in every nation's pad. However, after confirming movement orders the pieces didn't move, so I figured I must need to actuallyrun through the pass turn sequence, I restarted the game, and then even as GM I could not enter text in every nation's orders pads. So I restarted again, as a single player game, and could enter orders in all but one nation's pad. However, every time I restart a game, the nations I can and cannot enter orders for are different. I wonder if there's something about choosing the correct player order? Or are there settings of some kind that I need to find and change?

pieces dont move themselves, you have to to do turnorder first, if no bids were done it will be random who goes first, put the roundel blinking twice on the first spot and then all others also. WHhen the first country has to go then move the commands in the written down area. It is to simulate the board game, I guess. Try to play a game with someone who has experience with it. There is a discord channel.

Sorry I haven't been on steam to see this reply. I've got it sorted out, and this mod is fantastic, really appreciate all the work you must have done on it.
