I second this, I had to take this mod off my list because of how serious of a problem it was.

yeah its a shame it breaks the tab, because this is one of my all time favorite mods

this issue can be fixed by using the ResearchPowl mod

One workaround is to use Dub's Mint Menus, it replaces the research tab.

it will work but it takes a lot of danm time to look zooming in and out for a branch of a mods set which is annoying

Tried this and it seemed like it work until I cllicked on the actual research item and it goes back to square 1

As far as I can tell, this is because Vanilla Expanded Furniture - Security has removed the psychic pylon, breaking the patch that this mod applies. Can be fixed by:
-> going into Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2391102796\1.4\Patches
->opening up "Crafting.xml"
->Finding "MakeArchotechPsychicPylon"
->commenting out/deleting said recipe
(from <li Class="PatchOperationAdd"> to the </li> after </value>)
