Custom Seeds
These will be found by harvesting foliage like for vegetable seeds (if enabled via settings).

Colony Trough
The Colony Trough is a custom feeding trough for your dinos that will automatically appear craftable in the Smithy, Fabricator, and Tek Replicator. The smithy will have an alternate set of craft requirements for the trough intended for earlier game. The craft requirements used by the Fab/Rep equate to less overall but use higher level resources, i.e. polymer etc.
Features:
  • No Dumb Green Circles!
  • Viable early or late game- unpowered spoil multiplier 10x / powered 500x
  • Accepts Tek or normal power
  • Will contain any spoilable/eatable item as well as stone, sulfur, & chitin/keratin
  • Add Preserving Salts to bump the spoil multiplier, plus the salts will last longer too
  • Has Balance Food button on inventory screen, balances food across all of your nearby Colony Troughs
  • Paintable. Color Region 6 will change the color of the 'powered on' lighting
Features Added 1/11/21:
  • Accurate Range BOX. See Show Range on radial menu.
  • Range for troughs is always a box, as this feature shows.
  • Show Range persists per player, turn it off using Hide Range on radial menu.
  • Color of the range box will be trough's Region6 if painted, or defaults to a light purple.
  • Feeding Mode options, see Feeding Mode on radial menu.
  • Set Range options, see Set Range on radial menu.
  • Disable Balance Food button, see inventory screen.
  • Balance Food only balances w/ troughs of same Feed Mode, and if not disabled.
  • Feed Mode & Range selection shown on inventory screen & on HUD when looking at the trough.
  • Element, Shards, & Dust can now be placed in the trough! (for Robots)

Quantum Item Wrapper
This item allows you to store items within it, sort of like a cryopod for items. Items held within do not spoil and they weigh nothing (Update on 3/25/21 added weight multiplier setting, default is still 0/nothing). It can be used to transfer items between Arks.
The Quantum Item Wrapper uses charge power sort of like cryopod, but it can be recharged at any powered structure-or by using charge batteries. The item's description tooltip is dynamic and shows its power levels, contents and overall capacity levels. The power display text also changes colors based on whether it is draining, charging, or using battery power. Additionally, the amount of items contained has impact on its power drain and that is reflected in the display color. The capacity for items is using a scale of 100 and items will have different cap used based on the type of item. Simple items like resources or basic consumables will store at 3 cap for the 1st stack and then 1 cap for each additional stack. More complex items (generally things that don't stack) will have a cap use of anywhere from 5 each to 125 (too big to store). Note: cap used has nothing to do with perceived size of an item (structures etc) but instead has to do with the amount of data size involved to store it.

See Settings Overview Discussion! There are a number of settings now for controlling the quantum wrapper's capacity, power drain, and what items it allows.

Colony Glide Suit
Will be available to craft at smithies if you have the vanilla glide suit engram. The Colony Glide Suit has craft requirements that use normal resources, it weighs less, is more forgiving in use, and does not lose durability.

Element Osmosis
Element Osmosis is an engram automatically added to the Tek Replicator that allows you to craft element. When crafted it returns 5x Element.

Colony Stacks - Item Fixer
Item Fixer is just a box that will fix broken item stacks- such as spawned from GFI commands. It is learnable at level 1 for 0 points and costs 1x thatch to craft.
Items place inside will automatically be fixed, if needed, and then sent back to the player's inventory. Player is the one that placed the structure. On dedicated server once all players have logged off all Item Fixer boxes will destroy themselves. If for some reason Item Fixer has lost is 'owner player' items will remain in the box. Do not leave items in the Item Fixer or they will be lost.

Colony Rocket Launcher
Uses stats so you can use the quality parameter on spawn to get Ramshackle, Apprentice... Ascendant versions just like with other weapons & armor. This also has 5x the base durability and durability scales higher with quality level. And its only 10 lb instead of 20.
Example should spawn as Ascendant:

Flags
The mod also comes with a few flags that were made for The Colony Gaming & NOU Modding. Use them if you like, or block the engrams, or whatever. :)
All flag engrams are available at level 1 for 0 points, and cost what a regular flag costs to craft.
