With this mod and maybe another (possibly Empire) it prevents your caravans from moving and going places.

Create a caravan, watch them exit the tile, their caravan dot just stays there.
You can't control them by right clicking somewhere, they don't move, and every time you try to right-click on a destination, the button doesn't even function as if you clicked. It only functions when you select attack, in which still nothing happens.
