If you can get it fixed ill happily donate some money for ur time spend. Thanks!

Hmm. Had a local server running on my machine with that exact modlist in the order they're listed here (plus IO on top ofc), and all the IO stuff was showing up as it should.

Is IO the first mod in the server's list? If not, try that and see if it helps; if something's overriding it, that should solve it. You're right though, at first look there's nothing there that should be touching the basic assembler definition.

Otherwise we're back to a bad download or an outdated version; see if you can force the server to redownload the mod. I don't know much about managing servers; deleting the mod folder is usually the way to force an update, but I don't know if that's something you can do with servers.

(Also if I'm being honest I'm also not 100% sure how well the IO is going to combine with the rest of the mods, but hey, if it plays good for you, great)

Looked at the issue a little more, and now notice it just doesn't want to work on a dedicated machine. I have to create the world locally and then put that on the server otherwise it just won't work

Hmm, fairly odd, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised about SE being weird like that lol
Pretty sure the world I used to test was created that way, so I suspect that's why I can't reproduce it.

Just to confirm, it is working normally now, right?
