Experimental Psionics: PCS List
All PCSes will grant 42-69 PsiOffense and 1-11 Will.

The 18 following Passive Abilities are available on the new PCSes (assuming you have the relevant mods installed):

Vanilla
  • Fortress - Psi Operative is immune to fire, poison, acid, and explosive damage.
  • Solace - Psi Operative is surrounded by an aura that extinguishes or blocks any mental impairments for themselves or nearby allies. 4-tile radius. Conditions include disorient, stun, and panic.1
  • Sustain - If the Psi Operative takes enough damage to be killed, they are immediately put in Stasis for 1 turn and their health is only reduced to 1 HP. This can only happen once per mission.
    If the Psi Operative takes lethal damage, they immediately enter Stasis mode with 1 HP, but only once per mission. Does not clear status effects like acid or fire.
  • Target Definition - Any unit seen by the soldier remains permanently visible.

bstar's Perk Pack
  • Unstable - The soldier deals 50% increased damage with offensive Psionic abilities, but using an offensive Psionic ability has a 25% chance to make them panic.
  • Psionic Atrophy - Increases Psi Offense by 15 and grants immunity to Psionic damage and Mental effects. Damage taken from all other sources is increased by 33%.
  • Battle Meditation - Hunker Down increases your Psi Offense by 10 and your Will by 10 for 2 turns.
  • Mind Over Matter - Whenever this soldier takes damage, the cooldowns of their Psionic abilities are reduced by 1.
  • Spirit Thief - Killing a psionic enemy increases Psi Offense by 15 and damage dealt with offensive Psionic abilities by 50% for 2 turns.

Mitzruti's Perk Pack
  • Reinvigorate - gain AP when healed
  • Will To Survive - increase max HP based on will
  • Regenerate - on taking damage, heal a percent of missing health.

ABB Perk Pack
  • Parkour - This soldier is able to climb walls.
  • Trial By Fire - Permanently gain +1 Aim and +1 Will at the start of each mission.

Favid's Extended Perk Pack
  • Concentration - Your grazing shots are automatically upgraded to normal hits.
  • Renewal - At the start of each turn, heals yourself and all allies in a radius on you.
  • Steadfast - Grants immunity to negative mental conditions including panic, mind control, stuns, and disorientation.
  • Adrenaline - Kills grant Shield.
