why is only the burning at the stake execution available when playing as a vampire?

Are you sure?
I have "Behead" as well (the same effect).
Drain/Diablerie for Mortals/Vampires.
Plus Experiments (religious thing).
As a Yorak I can "sacrifice to cathedral" as well.

Yes, I’m sure that in the debug log for these executions that you listed there is a prefix “no” except for burning, I don’t know what’s wrong.
