Hello, i'm running this mod and there's a theme that comes out often.

Seems like the instrument is a banjo or atleast an southern instrument (Nearly solo at the start of the music), couldn't find it in the CK3 official ost so i guess it is an addition from this mod.

EDIT : Found the OST of the mod, but not the music i'm searching. So i guess its in the base game :s
