Capturing A city

I tried 3 times to capture a city and defending every attack and talking to citizens, but still can't claim it. If there's a guide i missed or something please let me know.

Hi,
please check this link: https://vindicta-team.github.io/Vindicta-Docs/guide/towns.html#occupying-a-town

You must order your troops to occupy a town with a 'reinforce' order. When they arrive there and occupy the town, it should become occupied by your side.
