5. Negotiation wit opposition
6. Allow participate in elections for PLSR and NSP
7. Calling for snap elections
8. When elections event pops up - chose Conservatives - VNS
9. Invite PNS
10. Forming cabinet of ministers - chose aristocrats and conservatives
11. President - Dmitriy Romanov
12. In decisions chose - referendum on monarchy
13. In focuses chose referendum on monarchy
14. In events chose all decisions what benefits monarchists
15. Hereditary succession - Kirill Vladimirovich (absolute monarchy path)
16. Prime minister - leader of blackhundreds (radical monarchy path)
