Make it possible to fabricate the gems! I'm not sure about default stack size, as I use ogre stack but the mod just adds gems to the game and it would be neat to be able to fabricate them with the mod!
Today, gonna sit and watch movies and ignore the existence of Rimworld :P
Update to main mod will come in just a few minutes as of writing this, just need to change Pemmican to Kibble, then throw up the new update...

At a later time, today, i'll start modding this game, making mod support for several mods, will ad support for your requests, except above mentions. MedPods are OP!
As are Replimats. You hardly need any. I could make a small patch for Replimats to accept Hero's Feast food item from my mod, but that's about it.
As for your initial request, ExileTheAshes, I don't see a point personally to make recipes for grown drugs. You could get VGP Vegetable Garden + VGP Garden Tools that will allow you to plant and grow drugs all ya like.
An OP-G Plant Matter substitue for food making, eh? Hmmm... I'll look into that, might make something like that, yeah. Only growable in Hydroponics if i can restrict it thus.
Ugh, Implants or body part replacements are a pain to make for the game.
I'll add that to my To-Do and leave it like that for a bit, that is another can of worms to get into, one that i won't look forward to. But sure, i'll at least give it a good hard look sometime.
As for your other requests: Eltix material and Mechanoid components is easy to make support for.
