compatibility patch template
I'm looking to make a patch for power tools and for newratkinplus for this mod as they both have weapons that should require training, but somehow are available on even my custom faction with 0 starting techs.
(i'm guessing they didn't correctly set up something that this mod look for to decide which weapons require training or something)

ratkin: "BFR3000" (anti-material rifle)

power tools: all 4 power tools.


the power tools need machining tech to be crafted so i'd have though it would put it as a required tech to use it, but it seems not.

the BFR on the other hand is not craftable, which may be why it's doing that. would there be a way to assign it to a new technology ? (aka precision rifling as it's where VWE put their anti-material rifle)

i'll try looking into how to do it tomorrow, i'll keep you updated if i figure it on my own
