if its possible, i suggest to change the hiper alloy tile colors, because it hurts the eyes a bit
all the weapons are good against human enemies, but they seen to lack against mechanoids

What color so you suggest for the hyper tiles? Darker? Less bright?

The problem with mechanoids is that I can't make the guns be very strong against only mechanoids and not humans, but I'll investigate some more and see if there is something I can do.
less bright if possible, and i mentioned that because the craftable rifle can kill an human more fast han the vanilla charge rifle, but for some reason it cant kill a mechanoid, not matter how much time it takes

Hyper tiles color changed to be less bright, antimatter weapons now do slightly less damage but better armour pen, should be much more useful against mechanoids and armoured opponents.
Have you considered adding a way to obtain Hyper Components without picking them off dead raiders? I like them being uncraftable - it reinforces the concept that you've stolen the tech and that it's machinations are unknowable to you - but it also seems kind of weird that these raiders are just carrying around what is ostensibly the most vital part of the whole operation.

Yeah I know them carrying them doesn't make much sense, but the only other simple options is having them as quest rewards (which I don't think would be very effective since the item reward pool is so large).

I've been thinking about something along the lines of a heist - a world event where there is a guaranteed 2-6 hyper components, guarded on a map, that could be attacked by the player. I'm still unsure about that idea though.

If you can think of another way then please let me know.
I had some quests in mind, but if there's reward pool issues, that's unfortunate. I'm somewhat surprised you can't customize the rewards, but I don't know much about the backend of the quest system.

I like the heist idea, reminds me of getting an AI persona core. Suppose you'd have to find some way to ensure the raiders that guard it don't have some themselves.

1. Diassemble archotech parts, ex. the arm, leg, and obtain a few archotech components that you can make into hyper components
2. Weapons possibly made with said hyper components could be disassembled. (The weapons could be biocoded so the player can't pick up OP weapons early.)

Could you add some artillery? Could you also increase the ammunition capacity of the turrets?

Artillery turret planned. No ETA. Ammunition increase update will be released probably today or tomorrow. The railgun won't be adjusted, but the thunder gun will have a larger magazine capacity and will cost less to re-arm.
Would it be possible to add an option to reduce the number of Faction bases? I'd like to make their prevalence in my world just a little rarer.

It is very nice to see mod developers consider other mods. For example SOS2, SRTS, Rimefeller and Rimatomics works well together. They complement each other and improve.
I hope you make a patch for Rimatomics users, so from this mod you can take depleted uranium and many other things that enrich your mod. Just the uranium from the vanilla game is not serious - bad joke.
