Well, my Gmod takes kind of long to load a map, but the one you're looking for is RP_SouthSide. It's a slightly big city map, so the spot that is in the video may be a little hard to find.

The normal version of RP_SouthSide is at nighttime, but in case it's too dark, there's a daytime version of the map called RP_SouthSide_Day. Spy and his friends use that map in a lot of their videos together ;)

Someone suggested it in the Addon Suggestions thread a couple months back, that's the only reason I know about it lol. Everyone makes the collection what it is!

That map is gm_drystate 2. Sorry for taking long. I spent around 23-ish minutes trying to find it on the Workshop and YouTube videos. Hope this is the one you were looking for!
