Modibo Keïta was the first democratic president of Mali, during the years of the game he was a member of communist groups.
He is a descendant of the Keita dynasty descendant of King Sundiata Keita. Therefore it is valid for non-aligned (depostism) and fascism (neo-imperialism)

These were the chairmen of the Communist Parties of separate Soviet Republics during the WWII era:

Communist leaders don't have portraits, so here are my suggestions:
Tajikistan - Dmitry Protopopov (1937 - 1946)
Turkmenistan - Mikhail Fonin (1939 - 1947)
Uzbekistan - Usman Yusupov (1937 - 1950)
Kyrgyzstan - Aleksey Vagov (1938 - 1945)
Kazakhstan - Nikolay Skvortsov (1938 - 1945)
Georgia - Kandid Charkviani (1938 - 1952)
Armenia - Grigory Arutyunov (1937 - 1953)
Azerbaijan - Mir Dzhafar Bagirov (1933 - 1953)
Russia - Mikhail Kalinin (1919 - 1938) or Aleksey Badayev (1938 - 1944)

All info was taken from the site rulers.org

Almost every leader picture can be found on Google. But I found an even better site:
http://w.ethnia.org/
Explore this site, you'll probably like it.

The brazillian leaders are correct, however, Armando de Salles( Armando Sales in-game) and Luís Carlos Prestes dont have portraits

You are not posting on the appropriate discussion. It should be in the main mod discussion.

I am surprised, because they are well displayed in my game and I just verified their codding. It's ok. I can't understand why it is bugged.

Are anyone else encountering these portraits blanck ?

@EderJN I have put the new portrait for Luis Carlos Prestes in the last update.

Now I have updated all of my mods for the 1.9.1 version, now I have split Historical Portraits with its new submod, now I have made a huge work of verification for matching additional leaders parties/vanilla parties, I can ully concentrate to add the leaders that you guys have suggested.

You'll finish contributor of the submod ;).

Non-aligned Germany only has a generic leader. Perhaps you could put Wilhelm II or Wilhelm III instead. Italy already has Vittorio Emmanuele.
Scotvince  [developer] Apr 10, 2020 @ 3:25pm
But germany can restor the kaiser if remember well. So they already have a non-aligned leader. What would happen if I put a leader and then germany brings back the kaiser with its national focus ?

Okay, so why not make the Kaiser(s) the default non-aligned leader of Germany? Say, I play as neutral Austria and puppet Germany, the Kaiser should take power instead of some random guy.
Scotvince  [developer] Apr 11, 2020 @ 1:31am
You're right. On the to-do list. Wilhelm II, as he was in exile, seems to be less legitimate than Wilhelm III, no ?

I'd like to know whom between Wilhelm II and Wilhelm II comes back with the alternative national focus of Germany ?

@donald.grape I was thinking to the case of leaders that some national focus of major countries already permit: Wilhelm II or III, Napoleon for example.
What would be the point of "struggling" and make efforts to follow national focuses ways to be granted by them taking the power, if they are already leading their parties in my mod. It would be a gameplay changer.
So, should I implement ANOTHER leader for this same party for which we can't grant the leader by these national focuses? The one of the national focus would replace the one of my mod?

I don't think it's a pertinent choice.

Do you have a solution ?
