Known problems: Bugs/Errors
1. ADD SHIP SEEING OTHER MODS ITEMS IN THIS MOD:
Community created contend except for content in the mods in this discussion
Mods Ships and weapons to include won't show up in this mod, unless U add the associated mods from the " Mods Ships and weapons to include : description" of the content U want to be given by this mod, and along side the mod iseeu0 cheat assistant2



2. MISSING SHIPS AND THERE WEAPONS MAY BE HIDDEN FROM U:
There are a few hidden items by the game developers like: ships; weapons and shields. I made a mod to help in unlocking them, the mod: iseeu0 cheat assistant1 has most if not all of these hidden items unlocked for the player to use, with the option "add blueprints" or with the option "spawn ships". U may also need the mod: iseeu0 cheat assistant2 as well in some cases.



3. OPTIONS SPAMMING:
Some people will have problems with "Add building resource" and "Crew level" when using it in quick succession, give it a few minutes and retry again.



4. RANDOMNESS OF ADD SHIP:
Add Ship. Spawns a ship with A RANDOM LOUD OUT the loud out is uncontrollable for any ship spawned with it. Ships may have some equipment missing like large ships and their special guns and similar cases This mod was made to fix empty slots appearing with "Add Ship" Feature. (Equipment Mixing) mod



5. LOCKED FACTIONS:
'Scale Plate Pact' and some other factions reputation, can not be changed, even to each other and may be locked by the game, and U will need a mod to unlocked them, this mod contains the unlocked faction mod, and a link to the stand alone version is in the description of it as well of the mod: ISEEU0 MODS COMBINATIONS

Or if U want to undo the lock for your self U can,
but this will mean U will need to edit, the save file it self and manually changing the lock status of it, to do so U will need to find your save file it will normally be saved in:
Documents\Egosoft\X4\######\save

Then open the save file U want to edit (they are very large be patient when U are opening them)
when U have it open search for the line <relations locked="1"> the result should look like the following:

<faction id="scaleplate">
<relations locked="1">

in the above example all U have to do is delete the line "<relations locked="1">" and the relations can now be changed to or against other factions with the mod now.

ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR SAVE BEFORE DOING THIS TO GO BACK TO, IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG



6. LOSING THE INVINCIBILITY:
The invincibility options of the mod "god mode" for ships or stations, can be very easily lost on a game save and then load, some game events and quests can undo this as well, or when U change or upgrade a ship or station module as well. For ships or drones this can also happen when a ship/drone is placed in deep storage (when U can not physically see the ship/drone on a landing pad). For these reasons i made this mod to overcome that Player Owned Immortal Property .



7. SOME ERRORS CAN ONLY BE CLEARED IF U REMOVE THE FOLLOWING THINGS:
For those who have problems seeing the mod in there game active when U have subscribed to it (especially if U have a lot of mods, or if U ENABLE and DISABLE mods a lot). Please do the following and delete the following two files under:
*\Documents\Egosoft\X4\#########\
"pipelinecache.bin" AND "uidata.xml"

Also if the error lies with STEAM U may also need to delete the mod manual. Steam does not delete unsubscribed mods. U can manually delete them after unsubscribing from them, the mod is located at:
*\STEAM\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions\iseeu0_cheat
OR for all mods from STEAM(Remember to do a game files validation when U delete files from here):
*\STEAM\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions\

Also delete everything in the following folder as well (This is the folder steam uses to download steam workshop related stuff and never clears it out by it self):
*\Steam\userdata\#########\ugc\referenced\
*\Steam\userdata\#########\ugcmsgcache\

For whatever reason, it seems like the update to the mod broke requirements to research. So research is completed without the need to bring in resources.
Latest update appears to have removed ability to start one of the mod access research (engine iirc), the entire line fails to appear, the remaining three appear unaffected.

This was noticed on a new start earlier today, with only the cheat mod and all DLC enabled.

It is fixed now. It was part of a new mod of mine: Free Research no cost no time

I had part of a new mod of mine in, it means u need to do that related story still.

Unfortunately it is related to the big changes in update 6.00, U can use this mod to fix it to a degree: (Equipment Mixing) MOD - A fix for Equipment on ships spawned with "Add Ship" having one or all items missing on them.

Using GOG version 6.00 hotfix 5 (Community of Planets edition) and I tried updating this mod to 1.57 from version 1.53 (from moddb) but I now just get a red exclamation mark next to Extensions and it is listed in red text when enabled in extensions. I click the "..." and shows an error at the top that says: "Location 'iseeu0_cheat' already used by another extension"

I turned the old version off in the extensions before quitting the game and then deleted the old mod and added the new version. Started the game, enabled the mod, quit the game, relaunched and get the red exclamation mark. It still says "on" but doesn't work in game. Quitting and relaunching the game again made no difference. I also tried deleting the two files *\Documents\Egosoft\X4\1638\"pipelinecache.bin" AND "uidata.xml"
and also tried deleting the same two files here:
*\Documents\Egosoft\X4\"pipelinecache.bin" AND "uidata.xml"

same result.

Update: Just tried a complete reinstall of the game and get the same red exclamation point and still doesn't work. Do I need to upgrade to the new 6.10 game version for 1.57? If so, can I please get the last version of this mod for hotfix 5? There are things that don't work right with 1.53 and I was hoping a newer version would work better.

I do not own the GOG versions, and the current version of the MOD works fine on steam, and on the older versions of the GAME here. The MOD ID did not change. Which is usually the reason why it will give U that error and I am unsure why the GOG version is giving U and other people there that ERROR.

Please generate a debug file and upload it please i like to see what the in game error is in the debug file.
I found and fixed the error. It was in the content.xml file of your 1.57 version on moddb.com. I compared it to the content.xml on the older 1.53 version and the new one has this additional info at the end that I removed and it fixed the issue:

Also, is there a ship limit on how many it applies the effects to when using "All Own" on ships for things like Crew Level and Invincible? I noticed that the latest ships I've been adding the Modify Ship Crew Level part isn't affecting them when I choose all own. It is why I tried this version over the 1.53 that exhibited the same issue. It is like there is a limit on how many ships it applies the cheat to.

:steamfacepalm: o wow yea steam ignores that but o wow, the new version will be uploaded soon and that will be fixed if it is still there. The mod will be at version 159 soon here on steam and moddb.
How do you add ships to the mod now? I used to have a diff that adds onto the ship db XML but now it is not working at all even when I renamed it to the new file.

Hi, I see that the ship list contains the 'Astrid' from Tides of Avarice DLC, and the 'Hydra Regal' from Kingdom End DLC, but are not listed in the 'spawn ships' menu option. I have all DLCS and owned all in game even, (One Astrid got deleted in station dock works and other inexplicably exploded).

I can spawn other DLC ships, but these unique ones are not listed, even though they are in the DAT file.
