That would require re-coding the pawns' AI. And the whole AI system in Rimworld is incredibly primitive and messy. Also, you already know "what temperature they need", it's not like different pawns like different temperatures, they all prefer a temperature between 16 ºC and 26 ºC, so try to keep the living areas of your base around 21 ºC and the pawns will be happy.
