I'm quite bummed out by it, since I didn't hear people talking about this restiction in their youtube videos while showing off those maps. Valve, please make these envidonments available to ALL VR headset users who bought HL:Alyx.

I saw such videos and immediatley preordered the game, excitedly fired up Steam VR and clicked on the HL:Alyx environments to download. Only to find out, they weren't in my library then.

Maps are headset exclusives now... come on, even with the htc vive which is a valve product it doesn't work, are we getting in this era again this is ridiculous.

i visited those places with my vive and after a day i couldnt anymore? i was so confused it just disappeared...

If I had assess to these maps by pre ordering the game I would do it! but it being behind a headset that's in the 700+ Nah thanks. I mean is 40 bucks not good enough to get access to these maps? What the hell!
