wow, the discord link is dead, can somebody help? if i try to click on the settlements tab there is only the customisation thing there, nothing else, and if i click on it it says

even without anny mod enabled,
i did this now a few times in a row, i waited until the popup came to create a name for my settlement (the vanilla thingy) and even tried it before, is there annything i do wrong or is it just buggy? can it be resolved or am i forced to not play empire?
