Im not sure if it still works but we used to set down the normal dedicated storage and then drop the item we wanted in a bag. (sort inventory to only show that item and drop all) then use the transfer gun to put it in the dedicated storage from the bag. After restart the storage changes to the S+ dedicated.

Need to test if it works with SS but it may be the "easy" way to add items.

look at the examples provided in the link Ceo gave you. That is roughly the file path to the item.
Using this, you can add any stackable item you want even if its from a mod.

Just look at your game files to determine the path then add it to your GUS.ini.

Just to clarify... This is NOT a "command".
